Credit customers with a registered offline account can checkout without payment — we’ll direct debit your account after the 20th. New customers can pay using any debit or credit card at checkout.

For short-dated or expired products, please report within 48 hours of delivery. For other items, returns must be made in original condition within 7 working days via our customer service team or your sales rep.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours or before delivery is attempted. Just reach out via chat, email our customer service team, or contact your sales rep.

Yes, you're welcome to pick up your order from 30B Frost Road, Mt Roskill, Auckland 1041. We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call us on 09 580 4110 to check if your order is ready.

Yes, we accept bulk orders for businesses. Download and fill out the Customer Application and Direct Debit Authority Form and we can set up your account.

You can track your order by contacting our customer service team or your sales rep. If your order is sent via courier, we’ll provide a tracking link once it’s dispatched.
