What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a few easy ways to pay depending on your account type:

  • Standard Orders: We securely accept all major debit and credit cards at checkout.
  • Corporate & Credit Customers: Approved account holders can pay via direct debit on the 20th of the month following the invoice.

What is your return policy?

If you happen to receive goods that are damaged, expired, or short-dated, please let us know within 24 to 48 hours of delivery so we can help make it right! We will always try to collect the items using our own vans on a future route. However, if a van pickup isn't possible, return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our team as soon as possible at admin@worthyproducts.nz or call us on 09 580 4110. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly, so if your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we unfortunately won't be able to make any changes or cancel it.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you're welcome to pick up your order from 28 Frost Road, Mt Roskill, Auckland 1041. We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call us on 09 580 4110 to check if your order is ready.

Can I place a bulk order for my business?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for businesses. Download and fill out the Customer Application and Direct Debit Authority Form and we can set up your account.

How do I set up my new account?

You can Download our Credit Application form and direct debit form or call you sales rep to get one and send the filled form to accounts@worthyproducts.nz or admon@worthyproducts.nz to get it set up

Can I open a cash sale account with your store?

Yes, you can open a cash sale account with us. You may place order directly on the website without needing to open a credit account by paying online or Download and fill out Customer Application and Direct Debit Authority Form and we can set up your account as a credit account

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. For small international orders, freight and any duties will apply. If you're a distributor looking to import containers, please get in touch with admin@worthyproducts.nz or call us on +64 9 580 4110.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by contacting our customer service team or your sales rep. If your order is sent via courier, we’ll provide a tracking link once it’s dispatched.
